As our Chief Experience Officer, Kellee is responsible for leading our subscriber experience and working directly with our Experts team on delivering their insights in a relevant, compelling way. Before founding MonkeyBar Management (a 10 year old boutique consulting firm with clients in various industries), she worked full time with national nonprofit organizations in Washington, DC. Through her 25-year career, she has always been driven to deliver relevant knowledge and industry-leading experiences for business leaders: both through in-person events, and also via accessible online communities and resources.

Trudy Voorhees, Data
Trudy says her “happy place” is inside piles of data … she’s a talented programmer who has worked with some big names: NOAA, NASA, Lockheed Martin. While her formal education is in astronomy, her head is anywhere BUT the clouds: as the YMM data visualization guru, she focuses on turning our client’s data into knowledge that can do earthly good.

Someone’s got to keep everything on track! Kelly is a natural overachiever and organizer extraordinaire whose talents have been applied heavily through the volunteer realm in recent years, but now that she is nearly “empty nesting” we’re thrilled that she is bringing her ‘keep the trains running’ talent to the YMM team.
